Morning arrival, transfer to Hotel. The morning is at leisure. Afternoon sightseeing tour in Bishkek: visit the Victory Monument, Ala-Too Square, Oak Park, Open Air Sculpture Museum, History Museum and Osh Bazaar.

Karakol - 430km
Morning drive to Karakol. Visit Burana tower on the way. Burana tower is situated in the centre of ancient town – Balasagun. Later en root visit of the Prejvalsky Museum. On arrival transfer to hotel, check in

Kochkor village – Naryn – 360 km
Morning we start our drive to Kochkor village (270km). On the way you will visit the Dungan mosque. If time permits this will be followed by the visit of an old wooden Orthodox Church. Proceed driving to Kochkor village, an excellent place to experience the rural lifestyle in Kyrgyzstan. Proceed to Naryn.

Tash Rabat – Torugart Pass (3752 m) – Kashgar - 397 km
Morning drive to Tash Rabat, which served as a fortress for travelers along the Great Silk Road.
Our Kyrgyz adventure is near completion as we head towards to Kyrgyz-Chinese border
point “Torugart”. After completing customs formalities, we drive to Kashgar (approx. 170 km).

Kashgar
Visit the largest mosque in China Idkah mosque (1442), grand Islamic structure located in the center of the city of Kashgar. Later visit Apak Khoja’s Tomb – the holiest place in Xinjiang for Sufis (1640), located outside Kashgar. Visit Handicraft Street and old parts of the town.

Morning visit colorful unique local bazaar where you will see numerous sections: silk and cotton, knives, hats, pots and pans, fresh vegetables and fruits, carpets and jewellery. Afternoon transfer to the railway station to take train to Turpan.

On arrival transfer to hotel, check in. Afternoon is at leisure.
At the end of the day visit famous Grape valley (12 km), which is a pleasant park with vineyards and fruit trees, there are special places for relaxing and eating the grapes and melons.

Visit remarkable Karez system, an old engineering miracle designed to bring water to the dry desert town. Visit the notable Emin Minaret (44 meters high, completed in 1778) and Mosque.
Later see the famous ruined Jiaohe city - capital of the State of South Cheshi. It was on of the 36 kingdoms of the Western region during the Han Dynasty. Reminder of the day at leisure

Early morning visit picturesque Tuyoq ancient village (70 km) to see the oldest in Turpan area Buddhist caves dated back to the 4th c. Visit local Uygur families enjoy beautiful mountain and grapes sceneries. Later visit the impressive ruins at Gaochang ancient city (47 km), built in the 2nd c. BC, it became the capital of the Kingdom of Gaochang under the Han dynasty. Get inside of Astana Tombs to see well preserved mummies and unique wall paintings dated back to 2AD. Later visit the Bezeklik Thousand Buddha Caves (56 km) on the flanks of the Flaming Mountains.
Evening transfer to railway station to take train to Dunhuang.

On arrival to Liuyuan station drive to Dunhuang (128km)
Day trip to the Mogao Caves – the world’s richest treasure-trove of Buddhist manuscripts, wall paintings and statuary dated back to 4th up to 14th century onwards; created during nine dynasties they mark the height of Buddhist art.

Today see the Singing Sand Mountains (Mingshan) where the desert meets the oasis at the Crescent Moon Lake. If you wish you can ride a camel and climb the dunes (camel rental not included).
A visit will also be made to the Western 1000 Buddha caves, although in reality there are only 22. In town see the White Horse Dagoba and the informative Dunhuang County Museum which contains some of the Tibetan and Chinese scriptures found at the famous Mogao grottoes, silks, sacrificial objects and reed torches for the beacon towers.

Jiayuguan - 385km
This morning you will depart for Jiayuguan, through the arid Gansu corridor, another opportunity to see some of rural China. In the afternoon travel outside the city to see the Overhanging Wall. This section is partly restored and partly un-restored, lies at the base of the Black mountains. This section is an extended part of the Jiayuguang pass and was once an important component in the military
defense system.

After breakfast visit the magnificently restored fort originally built in 1372. From the ramparts one can see the old wall fading gradually into the desert. Also see the Jiayuguan Museum.
Evening you will be transferred to the airport for the flight to Xian

Morning is at leisure. In the afternoon you will be taken to see the Terracotta Warriors.
Returning to Xian to see the Large Wild Goose Pagoda that was built in AD648 by the third emperor of the Tang dynasty, Gao Zong, in memory of his deceased mother.

Pingyao (night train ca.11 hrs)
Morning visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda - symbol of the old-line Xian, is a well-preserved ancient building and a holy place for Buddhists. Later visit the City Wall.

Upon arrival (arr. 06:56) transfer to Hotel
Full day sightseeing in Pingyao: visit 1st private Bank in China Ri Sheng Chang. Ri Sheng Chang stands on the main West street in Pingyao County, within an area of 1,600 square meters. It is located in the south and fronts north, consisting of 3 yards.
Visit the ancient Dwelling houses with well preserved style of Ming and Qing dynasties; see
Pingyao Ancient government building + court – miniature of the ancient empire. It is located in the center of the city with an area of 24000 sq km, there are several separate yards including Tax houses, court, private dwelling house of the county magistrate etc.
Visit Hui Wu Lin martial Arts Museum, The Town Gods Temple, Taoist Chinese Temple, Business street.

Pingyao
Prolongation of sightseeing and shopping in Pingyao:
Morning visit Shuanglin Temple – “treasures house of the orient sculpture arts”. There are 10 halls and more than 2000 colored Buddhist sculptures.
It is located in 6 km from the old city between Qiaotou and Jibi Village in the south-west of Pingyao. Afternoon visit Ancient City Wall 10 metres high and 3,4 km long

Taiyuan ( 95km) - Beijing (express train)
En route visit famous Jinci temple located in 25 km from Taiyuan. Jinci Temple is a combination of historical cultural relics and beautiful landscapes. (11th century BC to 711 BC)
This is really place to rest since park is full of nice places on the hill just to sit and relax, huge pond with lotus located inside as well.

Morning half day sightseeing tour in Beijing:
Visit Summer Palace - the largest and best-preserved royal garden in China with a history of over 800 years. Visit scenic spots: 1. East palace gate, 2. the hall of benevolence and longevity, 3. hall of jade billows, 4. the hall of joyful longevity, 5. the covered walkway, 6. the marble boat, etc.
Afternoon visit Beijing World Park, which is a theme park that attempts to give visitors the chance to see the world without having to leave Beijing.
Evening transfer to the airport for departure flight.
